CertiTrack Global Solutions – Terms of Service (Effective Date: 18/07/2025)

1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering, accessing, or using CertiTrack, you acknowledge that you are authorized to act on behalf of your institution, employer, or organization and agree to comply with these Terms; if you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Our Services: CertiTrack provides a secure platform enabling submission of academic credential verification requests, authentication by authorized officers, verification responses directly from institutions, and audit trails for compliance; CertiTrack does not store academic records but only facilitates secure communication between verified parties.

3. User Responsibilities: Users must provide accurate and lawful information, maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, ensure only authorized officers access and respond to requests, and use the Services solely for legitimate verification purposes; misuse, fraud, or tampering is strictly prohibited.

4. Data Privacy & Security: CertiTrack processes but does not retain or sell academic records; all communications are encrypted and logged, and users are responsible for compliance with privacy and data protection laws; see our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Fees & Payments: Certain services may attract fees as agreed with participating institutions or organizations, and payment terms will be communicated separately.

6. Limitations of Liability: CertiTrack provides services “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error-free operation; we are not responsible for institutional verification content and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in CertiTrack’s platform, software, and branding remain exclusively owned by CertiTrack; users may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Services.

8. Termination: CertiTrack may suspend or terminate user access at its discretion if any terms are breached, unlawful activity occurs, or system integrity is compromised.

9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

10. Updates to Terms: CertiTrack may update these Terms periodically, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
